Four of our Lead Teachers have achieved National Certification through Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ)!
Rodney Anderson, Tracy Boyd, Jacquie Jones and Lucan O’Brien completed this rigorous, evidence-based process aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher levels.
Over many months, they compiled substantial portfolios, engaged in deep professional reflection and participated in external assessment, demonstrating sustained excellence in classroom practice, leadership and measurable impact on student outcomes.
National Lead Teacher accreditation recognises experienced teachers who demonstrate high‑impact practice and leadership while remaining classroom practitioners who strengthen teaching quality and mentor colleagues across the school.
We’re incredibly proud of their achievement and the expertise they bring to our community.
