Mrs Emma Pattemore brings over two decades of dedicated experience in girls’ education to her role as Deputy Head of Primary – Students. Joining Moreton Bay College in 2012, Mrs Pattemore has served in various leadership capacities including Head of House (Whitfield), Director of Dance and Drama and Head of the Arts (acting).

As a dedicated member of the Pastoral Team, she has guided students in their navigation of key adolescent and childhood challenges, supporting their growth, sense of self, and resilience . Leveraging her creative talents, she has contributed to the development of innovative wellbeing initiatives, further enhancing the College’s holistic approach to education.

Alongside her pastoral role, Mrs Pattemore finds immense fulfillment in collaborating with students in the co-curricular space, with a particular emphasis on Service Learning.Currently, she leads the College's connection with “Rosies Friends on the Streets”. Through participation in the Youth Outreach Program, Senior students can engage meaningfully with patrons in the Brisbane area who face homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Mrs Pattemore believes that engaging in Service-focused activities awakens key skills among student participants, including fostering a sense of community, belonging, and a heightened awareness of their ability to positively impact the lives of others.

She is very excited to be joining the Primary Leadership Team and is eagerly anticipating the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with students spanning from Prep to Year 6, fostering an environment of growth and camaraderie.
