An old girl of the College, Delia Stecher has served as Deputy Head of Secondary (Teaching and Learning) since April 2018. Prior to this, she held middle leadership roles including Head of Department (Technologies) and Head of Academic Operations. Delia is passionate about tailored, engaged learning for all students and the role MBC plays in preparing our students for tomorrow’s world. Every day is a learning day!
