Guided by faith and service
Christian faith and service underpin our philosophy and approach at Moreton Bay College.
As a Uniting Church school, MBC welcomes girls from all backgrounds and faiths who are open to participating in the life of the College, including Worship services and Religious Education. Faith is expressed not only through reflection and learning, but also through service, compassion and responsibility to others.
This foundation encourages students to lead with integrity, act with humility and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

Hearts and Minds
Our Hearts and Minds Framework supports student wellbeing from the early years through to Year 12.
Built around five simple actions — Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give — the framework helps foster a healthy social context where girls feel engaged, supported and connected to something bigger than themselves.
These principles encourage students to build positive relationships, care for their wellbeing and approach life with awareness, curiosity and generosity.

Respectful and positive relationships are fundamental to our mission of educating young women of character.
Through our Positive Behaviours Policy, we encourage responsible, respectful and positive behaviour in the context of a Christian learning environment. This includes creating a culture where girls can achieve their academic and personal potential, develop a sense of integrity and responsibility, and show care and compassion for one another.
We believe that strong communities are built when students, families and staff work together, acknowledging both rights and responsibilities, and sharing accountability for individual and collective action.
